OUR HISTORY

Driving innovation forward through relentless, strategic growth.

  • New company

Established, we transformed corrugated plastic sheets for the reusable packaging industry, pioneering the mass lamination process now widely used in automotive packaging. This innovation set the foundation for our growth and leadership in high-performance, sustainable packaging solutions.

  • Fully Integrated Solution

Following the success of our lamination and die-cut products, we integrated vertically to produce corrugated plastic sheets, better serving the packaging industry. This led to the launch of our now well-known FluteCorr® Packaging line, delivering durable, reusable solutions for diverse applications.

  • New facility

We purchased a new facility in Cornwall, Ontario, strategically located along the Montreal–Windsor corridor. This central hub enables rapid, efficient product shipments across Canada and the United States, strengthening our ability to serve customers in multiple regions with speed and reliability.

  • Launch of a new line

We added a new OMIPA corrugated plastic extrusion line, expanding our colour palette and gauge options to better serve the graphic arts industry. This investment marked the launch of the FluteCorr® Graphics line, offering high-quality, visually striking corrugated plastic products.

  • Expansion

We expanded our warehouse by 20,000 square feet to support growth and installed a 100-inch-wide OMIPA extruder. This advancement enhanced our product range and established the newest corrugated plastic production department in North America, reinforcing our leadership in innovation.

  • New Converting Equipment

We expanded our converting capabilities with the purchase of a high-speed die cutter. This upgrade significantly increased efficiency and precision, enabling us to deliver custom corrugated plastic products faster while maintaining the highest standards of quality and durability.

  • Head Quarter and Warehousing

We acquired our second building to meet growing demand for graphic arts materials. Stocking our most popular sheet sizes, it ensures quick turnaround times and strengthens our ability to meet customers’ urgent requirements with consistent quality and availability.

  • Acquisition of Technology Container (TCC)

The Laminacorr Group of Companies acquired TCC, adding substantial capacity, proprietary processes, and a large distribution presence. This strategic move brought a history of innovation and expanded our portfolio with well-known reusable autolocking corrugated plastic boxes.

  • New Extrusion Capacity at TCC division

We acquired a new 100-inch-wide production line to expand our product range and support growth in emerging market segments. This state-of-the-art equipment reinforces our commitment to innovation, quality, and meeting the evolving needs of our customers worldwide.

  • New Flexo Rotary Die Cutter Added

Significantly enhanced production capacity and efficiency for high-volume orders. This state-of-the-art equipment ensures faster turnaround times and allows for complex die-cut designs with extreme precision.
