A flame retardant additives can be applied to some of our products to slow or stop the spread of fire or reduce its intensity. We have subjected different level of retardant to accredited testing to determine which level would best suit a given application. REACH & Substances of Very High Concern
REACH is a regulation of the European Parliament concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals for importation into the European Union. The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) maintains a list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). More than 197 substances are currently featured on that list. Any product that includes a substance on that list cannot be imported in the European Union. A Flutecorr® Sheet doesn't include any substances in the list mentioned above. Additionally, none of these substances are generated during production.
