Die Cutting and Prototyping

Laminacorr has an in-house converting service.  Whether it is corrugated plastic, HDPE or foam, we provide a professional die cut, slitting and scoring service with quick turn around time, all at a very competitive price.

Working from your electronically transferred drawings, we create an Archios CAD version then produce a perfect sample of your final product using our fully automated and integrated Kongsberg cutter plotter.  Sheet sizes up to 80” x 100” are cut and scored to exact specifications to ensure the proper design. This same table can be used to cut various foams, including 6 lb crosslinked foam, up to 2” thick.  Short runs and small quantity runs can most often be supplied using our Kongsberg automated cutter plotter, eliminating the need for a die.

After the sample has been approved, we then manufacture a steel rule die which will ensure clean cuts and minimal concavity.  Our 100” quick set flat bed table provides rapid die cutting and scoring to exact specifications.
